Coroplast 4mm high voltage cable is silicone-insulated single-core high voltage automotive cable for component interconnection.

Shielded cable for automotive electric powertrain HV connector assemblies, including KERS and ERS.    

This Coroplast cable combines high voltage load handling, EMC shielding and flexibility required for automotive applications.

Design criteria focus is on ensuring the cable is optimised for current loading, temperature and insulation performance. This means Coroplast cable has low cross sectional area for any given application, reducing weight and construction room.

Rated at 600 - 1000 volts and composed of 183 strands of 0.21mm copper core insulated and encased in braided wire and metal foil shielding ensures reliable operation and excellent EMC performance.
